You can make and publish mail merge Documents in Easy Flyer Creator 3.0 by adding Database field on to your document

  • While you are on design screen you can click on Database Field in Plug-ins Menu
  • Click on Browse and Choose th Data source file(ODBC, UDL, XLS, XML, CSV, mdb etc.) from your computer and click Open
  • Select the rows you want to include in the mail merge document and click OK
  • Then on mail merge screen select the Data Columns you want to add to document and click Add button,
  • To add more Data Columns [Fields] to the document, Click on Plug-ins Menu, then go to Database Fields and Click on the Fields from Sub menu to add to the document
  • Once you are done with adding all of the database columns [fields] then Click next to see preview
  • On the Preview Screen you should be able see preview of your document with all of the Data merged on to the documnet, you can scroll between multiple documents by Clicking Next and Back Page from top right of the screen
  • Now you can publish this mail merged document click print or save button
